Argentina's Economic Crisis

In the ballroom of Casa Rosada President Duhalde is sworn in while members of the Legislative Assembly stand up and sing the national anthem. President Duhalde promised in a short but vigorous inauguration speech that he would negotiate Argentina's foreign debt and rid the government of it's corruption and political favoritism.
