Bali Turtle Traders

Hundreds of restaurants and food stalls around Den Pasar sell turtle meat. For many Balinese the turtles are good business. The turtles are sold for between 200.000 to 500.000 Rupiah (20 to 50 dollars). Here while smoking an Indonesian kretek (clove cigarette) one of the sellers waits for customers in front of the turtle house.
