To the far western part of Spain in Catalonia is the tiny village of Vilafranca del Penedes. It is home to an annual castellers festival where the village people compete against other villages castellers clubs. The Castellers de Vilafranca wear a green shirt while teams from outside wear other colors such as red. Castellers need strength, balance, courage and reason to be a great team mate.
