The new Cinta Costera has replace the four lane Avenida Balboa in Panama City. The eight lane Avenue has improved rush hour traffic along Panama Bay. Now Panamanians enjoy the waterfront on a daily basis while riding bicycles, rollerblading, jogging, walking and playing games at the various play grounds.
